Most recipes originate from over 28 years experience gained working alongside Master Chocolatiers from Belgium, Germany and France, taking this inspiration we have put a British twist on the chocolate recipes, such as English Strawberry & Pimms, Everton Toffee Mint, Cheshire Honey Flower, Liverpool Gin, Anglesey Salted Caramel, William Fox Cinnamon and now the delicious Aintree Dark Caramel ganache (Jockeys Cap!).
