Most recipes originate from over 30 years experience gained working alongside Master Chocolatiers from Belgium, Germany and France, taking this inspiration we have put a British twist on the chocolate recipes, such as English Strawberry Fields, Everton Toffee Mint, Cheshire Honey Flower, Liverpool Gin, Maritime Salted Caramel, Marmalade Sky and now the delicious Aintree Dark Caramel ganache (Jockeys Cap!).
